OUR STEP BY STEP JOB GUIDELINE & TURNAROUND TIME
When Placing an Order:
Here’s a list of the things you will need to provide us for an accurate quote:
- Name
- Contact Number
- Email Address
- Number of units (in a break down form of sizes in their quantity)
- Style & Colour of garments, (eg. Tees, Singlets, Hoodies, ect.)
- Colours and Size of Print, Embroidery or Digital Transfer.
- Placement of Print, Embroidery or Digital Transfer.
Screen Printing Job Order – From Start to Finish:
- Approval of the Quote
- Approval of Art Work
- Film Art Work Created
- Screen Created
- Printing
- Packed Job
- Order completed & awaiting Payment before releasing Job.
Embroidery Job Order – From Start to Finish:
- Approval of the Quote
- Approval of Art Work
- Digitised Artwork Created
- Embroiding
- Packed Job
- Order completed & awaiting Payment before releasing Job.
Artwork Requirements:
To insure the best quality of your print or embroidered logo, Original Vector, EPS or PDF files are the best to work with, other files may need redrawing which may incur at an extra cost.
Turnaround Time:
Our standard turnaround time is about 2-3 weeks from the date of receiving approval & a 50% deposit.
If by any chance the following below happens, there will be an extra charge made as a rush fee and we can not guarantee completion of the job by clients required booking due date
- If artwork is not approved at least 3 days prior to the date job is booked in to be printed or embroider.
- If artwork is not supplied at least 7 days prior to the booking date required
- Job can not begin due to client not delivering garments or apparel by the day the job is booked in for printing or embroidery.
- Job is placed on wait due to client making a decision about their design or order.
- Job is placed on stop by client on same day its booked in for printing or embroidery.
