- SET UP COST
Set Up Guide
SET UP COST are a once off fee for all artwork.
New SET UP COST will only apply if the size or added changes are made to the design.
Simple colour changes do not apply for a new set up cost, unless the designs original format is changed.
ART COLOURS
Pricing for SET UP is determined by the quantity of colours in the design.
The less colours in a design the cheaper the price of SET UP.
Please keep in mind that if the design is printed on a dark coloured garment,
A Base Coat is required and will add to the number of colours to your design and cost.
SIZING OF ART
Pricing is also determined by size.
Standard pricing will only apply to Standard size prints, fitting within 290mm x 400mm.
Oversized prints above 400mm may incur extra cost.
NOTE: If the client requests a sample, it is a $50.00 cost on top of the setup cost.
NOTE: All costs will include +GST on final invoices.

Pricing is also determined by the number of units being printed.
The more units printed the cheaper the price.

Digitizing SET UP COST is determined by
Standard framing size is 15-18 cm.
Over standard 15-18 cm frame size, setup costs can incur a extra charge.
SETUP COST for Digitizing Logo is different to Lettering SET UP Costs.
Logo’s or Lettering larger than the 18cm frame size may incur an extra cost.
NOTE: If the client requires a sample, it is a $50.00 sampling cost on top the of set-up cost.
NOTE: All costs will include +GST on final invoices.
NOTE: Letting Includes any & all text that does not include a symbol or logo design. (e.g. NAMES & NUMBERS.)
DIGITAL TRANSFERS
Digital Transfer Guide.
- There is No Setup Cost for Digital Transfers.
Pricinging is determined by the number of Units done.
- Standard Pocket Size up to 10cm
- Standard Back Size up to 30cm
- Oversized Digital Transfer size above 30cm may also incur an extra cost.
Unit pricing includes Application.
Price may change depending on size and quantity, if client has 100+ Units.
NOTE: If the Client would like a sample, charges are of per single unit.
NOTE: All costs will include +GST on final invoices.
Extra Charges
Plastisol Transfers
Plastisol transfers are mostly used on bags and hats when screen printing may be to difficult to do.
Generally our plastisol transfers are 1-2 colours only and will incur an extra charge of $1.50 (including heat application) on top of the standard screen printing cost.
Specialized Inks and Printing
Any special inks or print below that are non standard plastisol, will incur an extra charge on top of the standard screen printing cost.
Metallic prints - $0.50
Glow in the dark print - $0.50
Nylon ink (for plastic surfaces)- 40% of price
Glitter print - 40% of price
Discharge - 40% of price
Polybag Packing/Unpacking
For clients who require the OPTION of individual polybag packing of thier garments, an extra charge of $0.50 will incur for each garment.
For any garments delivered from clients or suppliers, an extra unpacking charge will incur ONLY if garments are still in their individual factory packing polybags.
